240 case-patients (not 210) from 37 states; 104 were hospitalized, 28 developed hemolytic uremic syndrome, and five died. Only the Alaska correctional facility sub-cluster could be traced to a single farm. Surveillance for Foodborne Disease Outbreaks – United States, 2009-2015. Twenty sub-clusters were identified.
