FSA assesses the use of Listeria guidance after the outbreak

Following this incident, the FSA said it would review its 2016 listeriosis guidance. Slightly fewer said service and food retail staff had this training whilst 55 percent of ward staff and 21 percent of volunteers were trained. An online survey was sent to all NHS Trusts in the three nations between November and December 2021.
