Ground beef recalled for E. coli O157:H7

Valley Meats, LLC, in Coal Valley, Ill., has recalled approximately 6,768 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, according to USDA’S Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). About E. coli infections Anyone who has eaten any of the implicated products and developed symptoms of E. coli infection should seek medical attention and tell their doctor about their possible food poisoning.
